"Loved our room and this hotel. Excellent location for walking or public transport. Loved having two window seats with amazing view of the river. Really liked having filtered water faucet in the room, full size toiletries, coffee machine, tea kettle, refrigerator, robes, popcorn in the lobby, face masks and exercise equipment was a nice touch. Didn’t like not having any Expedia VIP perks and being charged $20 for a bottle of water that we never purchased, but they took it off. "

"The staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe being in Chicago alone for the night. The staff did a great job explaining where to self park and what app to use for the best deal. The elevators were fast and breakfast at the restaurant was really good."
