When we arrived at 2:30pm which is a regular work hour, there is no staff at the door to direct traffic. "Property grounds were well kept, staff were attentive. Food and drink were at best mediocre. WiFi was available but not good, Restaurants were lacking and only one reservation was allowed in a given 24 hours period. Room service was available however a fee per item was added and prices were steep and food quality was not good. Beach was amazing and pay services for cabanas were worth it. Pools need an upgrade. Smell of sewer and mold could be experienced in the rooms. Rooms over all were cleaned...

"Beautiful grounds. Some restaurants were certainly well ahead of others so the food was great in some places and just okay in others. "

One of the room pillows had mold on it and there were some inconsistencies with the wait staff on what was available versus what was not but OVERALL, an amazing place with amazing people! "

"We have been here many times. The people are nice and friendly. The property is beautiful. They do not honor the reservation as made. We requested two beds due to my health issues. We got a king bed. My husband ended up sleeping on a cot. When questioned we were told this was a request and didn’t need to ne honored."
