"Great hotel, location and service. Close to Namba station, Parks shopping centre and a 10 to 15 min to Dotonbori. Staff, gym, facilites were all fantastic. Only issue was the twin beds. We booked for our family of 4, with 2 adults and 2 children who are still 9 and 11 and there was no way to sleep 2 on the twin beds. No other upgrades were available, and no Tanami mats etc, so 1 had to sleep on the floor which was difficult. Probably because we didnt appreciate the difference between twin...

"I paid for the town view room they advertised but I received tennis court and unknown empty lot view. When I raised the issue the front desk staff said they run out of that room. I felt I was fooled by their false advertisement. I’m not a first international traveler and hasn’t experienced not getting a room I paid for except this hotel. Other than that, overall experience is good. I believe they should do fair trading."

Don’t get me wrong, the location is quite walkable to Osaka Station but in winter when we travelled walking too far wasn’t a great option. The other aspect which the hotel should seriously improve is its breakfast space. Both sitting and food buffet. For a large hotel the space is quite small and buffet space is cramped up. "Absolutely beautiful hotel. What I love the most is the private onsen in the room. It's in a semi-open space (not in the room, but under a roof kind of in the back balcony). The private onsen refills itself, and temperature regulated. It was amazing. Beautiful scenery, excellent staff, exceptional breakfast."
