The attention to detail was great as well for example, the room keys were made of wood, which I think is a very nice touch. Next time I come to Osaka, I will definitely be staying here again. It also is in a very good location for anything that would want to be done during the night."

"This was our second time in Osaka and we absolutely loved staying at the Cross Hotel! The location is unbeatable, and such a short walk to the Namba station too. The rooms were spacious and the showers were the best we experienced our whole trip. We had breakfast included which had a variety of foods for all tastes, and we throughly enjoyed the lounge in the evenings for a quick drink before heading out. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to the area! We will be back!"
