"There are so many small things that make this hotel great! It's convenient to do your own laundry here with a change machine located near the laundromat. The massage chairs feel fantastic after a long day on your feet. The food at both of the restaurants is delicious. There are many elevators so you never have to wait long. The rooms are wonderful! Small, but very well designed and super comfortable! I had a great view of USJ from my window and was never too bothered with outside noise. This is the best hotel I've stayed at and for a very good price!"

"Good location but no no onsen"

"Everything was so pretty in this hotel! My wife and I loved it! The only negative points that I have is that the elevators smells to cigarrete for some reason and there's no clock on the public bath so you can't check the hour in the meantime you are in :) "

"As my first time in Japan with my partner this hotel was our favorite in Osaka! It has a luxurious feeling within the hotel & room, everyone there were so very kind and welcoming! You are also very close to the main parts in Osaka 30min walking & i believe 10-15min in train "

"Less than 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station. Very convenient location for tourists. Very nice guest room and public bath. Only thing I can complaint is the AC of the guest room floor aisle was bit too hot during winter. "

"Staff was always friendly and greeted me. Also kindly showed me the proper behavior in the lobby, I thought I was able to sit in the lobby and eat my onigiri, but it appeared to be bad manners. I learned immediately and went somewhere else to finish it. I think as a foreigner it is also difficult to know all the etiquette, so I am glad to learn and change immediately. The facility is also very clean with all the ammenities that I want. "
