"3-5 minutes walk to 2 train station and Osaka Castle. Very quiet and convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay there, the hotel staff were very friendly and the service was really good. They do provide everything you need, including pajama. I didn't bring The cream for dry skin, the cream they provided really helped us a lot for the dry weather. Recommend Hotel New Otani if you wish to have a quiet and good rest after your busy day."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. What I love the most is the private onsen in the room. It's in a semi-open space (not in the room, but under a roof kind of in the back balcony).
