We had service issues with one restaurant onsite, and at a restaurant at the adjacent sister hotel (The Prince) as well. In general, this was one of the nicer hotel stays I have had."

GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive! location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace"
