"Staff was quite focused on customer service. Access to the Shinagawa train station was quite convenient. Though there was an extensive renovation and construction going on it was easy to maneuver. "

"This was my second stay here and it was just as good as the first time. It was a shorter stay but I very much enjoyed it. It’s in such a great area. It can be a little bit noisy from everything happening outside, but it is to be expected for the location. It definitely doesn’t keep you awake or wake you up. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed (I think for renovations, which is nice) because I really enjoyed having breakfast there last time I stayed. I would definitely stay here again, the location is just perfect and I love that there is a 7 eleven right next to the hotel entrance, it’s so handy!"

"I liked that it was only a short walk away from the train station. The room was small but functional. Bed was comfy. Pillows weren’t. It was everything I needed on a trip that I only needed a place to sleep, and use the bathroom."

"Great stay, located next to the Tokyo dome, so easy access to several train stations. Very clean hotel and rooms, we were in a Premium room with two full beds and a lot of space for luggage and to move around. The breakfast buffet was OK, crowded. There are better options for breakfast in Tokyo or save the stomach space for lunch and snacks. Overall highly recommend this hotel."
