"We had an excellent week at the Royalton Splash! The property was beautiful and well maintained, and our room was nice and cleaned well every day. There were tons of activities to keep our kids, 6 and 9, entertained. Disappointed about some of the big water slides not being open every day. The food was delicious and there were lots of options. Especially loved having the snack bar and food trucks outside and accessible around the pools. Bar service was great, a bit of a long wait at swim up bar only. Beach was nice but ocean was not that clear blue water you’d expect, very murky and smelly. The service we received from our Expedia concierge, Krystal, was excellent, from booking us dinner reservations, offering little surprises and helping with a late checkout and hospitality suite. Highly recommend this resort!"

"Lovely resort with excellent service and facilities. Lot of good food options including vegetarian items. Great activities for kids including a fun water park. Staff goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. Playa Mujeres is quieter than hotel zone and if you intend to stay at the resort for the most part, works out well. Highly recommend this resort for families!"

"This resort is located on a quiet property without hustle and bustle from other resorts. The food at this property is outstanding. The quality of food far surpassed any other all inclusive's I have ever been to. The grounds are well kept, but it was odd to see some broken tiles in public spaces, and some mould in the shower when the resort was recently built. The rooms are spacious and very well stocked with snacks, beverages, bottled water and towels. The beach area was lovely, but the water was consistently murky (no fault of the resort). You cant walk very far on the beach as one end opens into the marina, and the other end houses a Ferry Port. Having an 'ADULT' pool was amazing. Our server at the pool was incredible, his name was Marcos and he kept our drinks flowing all day long. Overall, this was a beautiful resort and I would recommend it. "
