"Loved how easy it is to get around with all the subways around. Also super close to a lot of shops which is nice. Not a fan of the thin windows that don't block noise. Combine that with their club that is super popular and runs until 4am and you've got people yelling and screaming all night when you're trying to get some rest for the next day. "The hotel was very convenient to Times Square. It was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly although it was difficult to understand the woman at the desk due to her accent. As with many hotels, the in room heating controls did not work properly and it was impossible to adjust the temperature. We were at least able to turn off the fan to stop the hot sir blowing. "

You could charge food and drinks against it but the bar was super busy and very expensive food. I may not have booked the hotel has I known about this rip off charge on advance"
