"I actually was able to stay in an upgraded partner hotel next door, due to the Inn being used to help refugees at my time of arrival. The room, the service, and the check-in process were all amazing. The breakfast was amazing as well. The staff was remarkable. The front desk staff, whether they worked the day or night shift, was very helpful. I went into the city and came back to find my AC leaking and had some issues with the toilet, due to the weather being so cold outside. No matter what time...

"I liked the room and the comfortable king size bed. The coffee maker in the room was great, so convenient. The mini refrigerator in the room was a definite asset which I used for cold drinks and snacks. The breakfast was delicious, offering a large variety of options, all of them tasty and fresh. "Have booked stay using reward night from hotels.com, came to hotel at 2 am to find out that hotel is under renovation and overbooked. Hotels.com was not able to give full amount of reservation back and hotel was not able to find room for us. Ended up sleeping with kids in the car. "

"3 min walk to Staten Island ferry. Breakfast provided was minimal and dissappointing. No juices. Basically bread butter, 1 bananna, 2 tangerenes and 2 soft apples. Towels were like sandpaper. Place was clean. Host always available and helpful."
