"Great hotel, and although the location for me is rather convenient, the area it is surrounded by seems a bit dingy and has litter everywhere. I'd see broken glass bottles on the ground and have to be careful where I step. It's also next to a metal working warehouse that often makes a lotta noise during weekdays. None of this isn't the hotel's fault at all however. "

"I liked the room and the comfortable king size bed. The coffee maker in the room was great, so convenient. The mini refrigerator in the room was a definite asset which I used for cold drinks and snacks. The breakfast was delicious, offering a large variety of options, all of them tasty and fresh. "I actually was able to stay in an upgraded partner hotel next door, due to the Inn being used to help refugees at my time of arrival. The room, the service, and the check-in process were all amazing. The breakfast was amazing as well. The staff was remarkable. The front desk staff, whether they worked the day or night shift, was very helpful. I went into the city and came back to find my AC leaking and had some issues with the toilet, due to the weather being so cold outside. No matter what time...
