"I actually was able to stay in an upgraded partner hotel next door, due to the Inn being used to help refugees at my time of arrival. The room, the service, and the check-in process were all amazing. The breakfast was amazing as well. The staff was remarkable. The front desk staff, whether they worked the day or night shift, was very helpful. I went into the city and came back to find my AC leaking and had some issues with the toilet, due to the weather being so cold outside. No matter what time...

"When we arrived to the property after 7 hours of driving we were told the hotel doesn't exist anymore and was turned into a half-way house 3 weeks ago. So after fighting Staten Island traffic to get there we had to fight it again to get back to NJ to get another hotel. "
