I was stressing about the best way to send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo and the receptionist was really helpful organising Yamoto. The breakfast was also really nice. "

Excellent staff that go out of their way to assist and even organised our bags to be transferred from Osaka to Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again!"
