We came with 4 luggages, didn’t know they have elevator for them, front entrance just has narrow escalators, just enough for carry on, hotel should inform clearly about elevator for luggages. Bonus with complementary wine, coffee, food. We stayed 4 days, just a little hiccup from beginning, everything was good after. Recommended "

"This hotel was one of our favourite places to stay - not just in Japan but compared to North America and Europe as well. The customer service was excellent and amenities were wonderful. Recommend selecting the Premier floor with breakfast even if it costs a little more because having access to the lounge for a break from sightseeing is worth it. Location is amazing - right beside a metro station and 24-hour supermarket. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Osaka. "
