"Decent location for a second stay in Osaka. The hotel felt new and the property was in good condition. The drinks was a nice touch for when you’re in a rush and need a coffee. Service however was non existent. Staff clearly wanted nothing to do with guests. Robots probably would offer warmer service than the staff there. Minus 1 star for the service "

"The service is top notched. The location is good . Kintesu line and mall just besides the hotel. Direct bus limousine from Kansai. 1800yen for adult and 900 yen for kids. Have been here 3 times for holidays over the past 15 years. "

"Really nice property with friendly staff. The hotel is located in the perfect area. Lots of shopping and food nearby but it’s just off the Main Street so it’s quiet at night and not too busy just outside. The only downside was we got a room with no view. Would have been nice to actually have a view."
