"Our family has been traveling for over 4 months and this has been one of our favorite stays so far! Our room was so comfortable, inviting, and beautiful. The staff was THE NICEST staff we've ever had. SO helpful, caring and kind. We were truly sad to check out and want to come back to Hanoi JUST to stay at the Aira. Location is great- close to Train Street and walkable to all other Old Quarter things."

"A very comfortable hotel with great service. The rooms are snug but well appointed with all amenities. If you are looking for a very quiet stay opt for an internal facing rooms as those with balconies have a fantastic view, and give you a great atmosphere of the lake and old town, however can be noisy late into the night and early morning. We dined in the restaurant which was great food and service. Overall we had a great experience at the La Sinfonia del Ray. "

"Lovely hotel a short taxi ride from the major attractions. Technically, it would be 10-15 walk, too, but sidewalks in the area are filled with parked scooters, plus traffic does not stop for pedestrians on the crosswalk, so walking is challenging. We got to enjoy the pool for one day, but it was closed for renovations on Christmas Day. Maybe check if it open If pool is important for you. Excellent buffet breakfast. Would stay again when they fix the pool."
