"Beautiful hotel and located at strategic plan. Feel like home, as all the staffs are very attentive and friendly. Everything is walking distance. We arrived early in the morning and the manager Alex immediately arranged 2 rooms for us. Alex was very accommodating and answered all our enquiries pertaining to Hanoi. However, it has a fantastic team of front office staff that assisted us during our recent stay, helping us in getting on local tours, recommending food establishments and sorting out airline tickets.
