"This hotel is a great value and perfect location in Hanoi! The staff was incredible and always aiming to please. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious.It's a fairly new hotel in a great location....we could walk everywhere. The beds were a little bit hard for my liking but it didn't stop me from having a great night's sleep. There was a minor conflict with our booking, as the previous person in our room decided to have a late check-out. The manager was extra-accomodating offering us discounts or accomodation at the sister hotels to make up for our inconvenience. The manager ensured we were well taken care of and what could have been a huge annoyance was handled professionally with above-and-beyond service! I highly recommend staying here for those who are looking for good value and top-quality service. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was always tasty too with a range of eggs to your heart's content. The kingsize bed was super comfortable, it felt like sleeping in a cosy marshmallow. Location was ideal! 2 minutes walk to popular places such as night market and train street was only 15 mins away. Would definitely come back here"

"Very friendly staffs and great service. The cocktails were very good at the sky lounge. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small and not much counter space to put anything. It will be also good to have some luggage stands. Overall great hotel and good location!"

"We loved our stay at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. Our room was really nice and has a small balcony. The breakfast is very good (served in the building next to the hotel) and the staff is amazing. They are always helpfull and smiling!"

"The hotel was in the perfect location in Old Quarters.the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ruby who gave us some useful recommendations and answered all my queries. We had the Veranda Suite and it had a balcony looking over the hustle and bustle outside. Do bear in mind you will hear the cars beeping but that is just part of the charm and it did not stop us sleeping at all. The bar upstairs gave us great views of the City. Also loved the restaurant where we had breakfast, bright and stylish. "
