They also provide plenty of free bottled water and a fantastic breakfast every day. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. However, I have to give a special thanks to Alex the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure that our trip went smoothly, not just at the hotel but even after we left. Tours in Hanoi, booking transportation to Halong Bay and Nihn Bình, and even having a pocket wifi and SIM card ready for us when we arrived, Alex took care of everything perfectly. He even kept in contact long after we had checked out of Hanoi just to make sure everything was going smoothly. A stay at Lotus Boutique will to ensure that you get the most of of your trip if you take advantage of their services. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again when I'm in Hanoi."
