"I found the hotel itself very nice but I am not one who wants AI check in. I did not not like using thier kiosk Ai check in. I was tired after a long trip and want to hear a nice human voice welcoming me to their hotel - not an impersoanal machine I have to learn to use after a long day. That is not what I want to deal with. The Breakfasts are good but not much of a choice for a western diet! For those who enjoy traditional Japanese breakfast offeringd it seemed pretty good. "We really enjoyed our stay here. It was really nice and the amenities and breakfast was superb. Staff was nice and friendly. They helped us with shipping our luggage too. If you have tattoos like me (I have a whole sleeve), be ready to buy patches to cover them before you get in the onsen. It took us an hour to cover my arm up and an hour to remove. We spent about $60 worth of patches but rules are rules! Regardless, highly recommend and would come back again!"

"The staff were nice and kind. Were really helpful even with the language barrier. The rooms are always clean when you're in Japan. You can always count on cleanliness in Japan. Naturally, the room we had was a bit small from your average double-sized bedroom, but it was completely manageable with our 2 check in luggages and 2 carry on. Great price for what we got. Breakfast was okay, but useful if you don't want to worry about breakfast in the morning. Recommended stay for budget travellers. "

"Great hotel. Rooms are small but room under beds for luggage. Beautiful onsen where we bathed and washed our hair. VERY GOOD LOCATION. Just steps from the station, buses, taxis etc. highly recommend this place. "

Supermarkets and convenience stores very close by as in next door on both sides, across the street and around the corner. Great location because it is between two subway train stations and lots of bus routes right outside the hotel.
