The hotel was a short walk from Kyoto station and had refreshments in the lobby for a weary traveller. The reception staff spoke good English and were very accommodating. The room was a good size and the en suite bathroom was excellent. I had a very enjoyable stay whilst visiting Kyoto and Osaka.

Great, clean, simple but modernized hotel. In between the train station and parts of the touristy areas, so you’ll be taking the bus/public transit and walking quite a bit, but overall great location. This is a 4-star hotel that is very busy and offers clean and comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms, that are simple but effective.

This is always a priority stay when in Kyoto. This hotel is a luxury stay for an affordable price. The staff is nice and friendly and also the location is within a walkable distance to stations and restaurants and shops. The amenities provided is also wonderful. No Continental breakfast….. staff refused to help us in making reservations at restaurants.
