"Outstanding hotel, staff is warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming to all visitors. The manager upgraded both our rooms, and one morning made coffee for me an hour ahead of the scheduled time! The rooms are incredibly clean, well stocked with items like a hair dryer,mugs, pajamas, toothbrush, hairbrush. Also, the rooms are incredibly quiet considering Kyoto is an all-night party town. Wonderful hotel!"

Overall, everything is very convenient. After a comfortable bath, enjoying delicious food is very relaxing after a day of travel. The hotel service is also very friendly, and the subway station is right next to it. Our three-day stay here was very satisfying."
