"Everything was great:) the resort has everything you’d need for a great time with family. Close to shopping malls as well. We stayed at the Ali’i with an oceanfront room and it was beautiful. Clean rooms, wrap around balcony and private pool. The gym at the Ali’i was small but we had access to all the towers and was able to utilize the gym at another tower which was huge. Would stay here again without a doubt. "

"I love the property, however, having to park across the street is kind of an inconvenience because you drive to drive around tight, tight curves. Also, valet parking has the most convenient parking, and handicapped begins on the 4th floor which kind of sucks. An understanding parking structure would be so much better, but otherwise, I love the property."

"The property is convenient of skiing at Heavenly. The walk with equipment if very doable to the gondola, which means not needing to get the vehicle out and loaded, find parking and the reverse on the return. The property also offers amenities (spa, fitness, dining) that make it even possible to spend your day there and relax without stress."

"Beautiful property, gorgeous grounds - you feel immersed in nature. Pools are lovely, as is the dining. Very family friendly, which is great if you have kids, but good to know if you don't have kids and want a peaceful getaway. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel with so many unique details. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining options were wonderful. I also loved the location- close enough to walk to the aquarium but also away from a lot of the touristy activity. We can’t wait to return!"

"We were surprised by the size of the space--bigger than expected. Appreciated that the bedroom had a door separating it from the living space. And the basic kitchen with a full-size fridge made bringing our own food so much easier. Where the room lacked was in lighting. It was like walking around in candlelight or a dim casino. The rest of the room was equally dated--cracks in counters, dog-chewed moulding. But the bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot. I would remind those considering...
