"Spacious and beautiful room with a cool design, set in an astonishing park. Excellent service, the only reason I didn’t give it a 5/5 is the water was not hot enough if you like to take a hotter shower. "

"The staff were very helpful and charming in offering us guidance - how to save on taxis. We were within walking distance of Arenal Waterfall but to get to La Fortuna we needed transportation. The rain was heavier than we expected this time of year- early December. We missed having television in our rooms, but there was a serenity to the location."

"Perfect location and lovely staff. The food and drinks were great and lots of options. There is a ton of stuff to do and you can book via the hotel. The spa experience was amazing too. Only complaint would be the beds are pretty hard, but the room overall was also very nice and private. "

The fireplace is a very nice touch and the unit is well equipped with a kitchen and some fun retro touches (Pac-Man game and console, record player with records). The street is very noisy, but that is true with most places in the area. I wore ear plugs every night. The beds weren’t the most comfortable either. Staff was great though and the daily breakfast was nice. "
