"Beautiful location, stunning mountain views and the clouds just roll on in to your balcony. Walking distance to some cool places and restaurants. They have a good shuttle service to the forest. Only feedback is some of the staffs attitudes, 2 of the employees were helpful, friendly and kind. The rest seemed snobby and almost judgemental. Could've been 5 stars if it weren't for that. We were WELL AWARE of our checkout time, yet walked by the front desk and stated we are going to pack. 5 minutes...

"Spacious rooms and well maintained. Property is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good. Service was great with very friendly staff. A bit on the expensive side and not sure if it is worth it."
