What a place! Fantastic food and so many pools/hot springs that it never felt crowded. All the employees were super friendly and the chauffeurs were so quick! Great location for excursions! We will be back!

Amazing eco-friendly hotel! Super convenient location, incredibly kid-friendly with the BEST waterslides, and the hot spring areas were so relaxing. Spectacular views Property is well maintained. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet was dynamite Hot Springs some of the best I’ve ever soaked in landscaping around the Hot Springs is unsurpassed.

Los Lagos was a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica. The hot springs were very nice and after a full day out they provided a lot of relaxation. The rooms were nice but not quiet in the morning. The staff was very accomodating.
