"Beautiful hotel. Great room for a family of 4. The breakfast buffet very good with many options. Friendly staff. The property has Pizotes which are cute animal fun to watch. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Monteverde. Nice pool area but I only wished they had a Hot Tub. "

"Very friendly staff and great restaurant. Beautiful view from the restaurant and bar. The food was fantastic! There is fun wildlife all around the property, all able to be viewed while having breakfast! However, We didn't like that this was a zip lining property, on the surrounding hiking trails there were many cables strangling large beautiful trees and noisy construction due to zip line maintenance. The rooms did not have a refrigerator or air-conditioning or heating or TV. A ceiling fan would...
