"Very clean both the accomodations and the property. The rooms are older but nicely appointed. It was easy to walk to a grocery store. Unfortunately road work was being done but other than noise, it was not a problem for our stay. The only hitch re communication was that a parking pass had to be requested and was.not provided until our stay was almost over. But there was plenty of convenient parking and no one asked for the pass. Seemed to be lots of families and a pleasant area."

"Upon arrival Matthew was welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful and clean. The room layout is comfortable and well sized over the average room. The kitchenette, dining table, and walk-in closet that contains the entrance to the restroom makes it feel like home. Keep in mind, it was still under a soft launch during our visit. "we had issues with our door not closing properly behind us. several times the door opened on it's own after we closed it. not sure but most hotels have a device on the door that forces it closed and this one did not. not sure if they just aren't completed with installation but it was not a safe situation."

"Exactly what we needed. Four families staying in one place. I thought we were going to have a nightmare with bathroom usage. This location had a bathroom in every room and one full extra bathroom on first level. That alone was its weight in gold. Location secured by gate and located near every park. Communication with owner was easy as they were readily available. Would rent from them again."
