We got lucky those specific dates were open because it is very booked in the future.Great value with three king bedrooms so lots of room we used and three other rooms. Lots of cool fun things in villa to entertain adults and two very cool themed kids rooms and game room."

"Basically nice and convenient property. Jump to the cons: dated, ceiling fan in living room absolutely filthy. Two story house with 1 thermostat, upstairs hot and lower level cold. Ordered pool heated and couldn't get water above 70⁰ ( note: it was unusually cold during our stay. Owner was very responsive and refunded heating fees in full.) Even with just a 2 night stay we ran out of toilet paper. There wasn't even half a roll in each bathroom.We were only there for 2 nights before a cruise so...

"House is clean. Development is quiet. Hosts were generous with pool heat even though it was quite cold outside. They were also generous with household items. It was a very nice experience."

"The house was great and fit our needs very well. Large kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, as well as well-stocked cupboards with dishes. The dining and living room area was comfortable for all of us. The game room was wonderful for the kids and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Located close to many parks and shopping areas. We enjoyed the house very much! "

"This was a very spacious house that was clean and had all the essentials for our trip. The neighborhood was very nice and the area where the home is located was quiet with nice views of the lake. The pool area was private and had plenty of room to relax whether you were swimming or just relaxing outside. No outdoor tv, but that was the only thing we would have changed. "found the property just as described three bedrooms on second floor all with there own bathroom. first floor laundry, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen with six bar stools, two sections with there own seating areas, exterior covered patio with large outdoor coach. overall property well maintained, carpet in stairs and hallway showing heavy traffic so its been in high demand for quite a while. Would stay here again for extended visits."
