This place has activities, lazy pool, a surf place, other amenities, live plays, friendly service, beach is beautiful and the food was delicious. The only downside is the majority of the staff do not speak English. Overall we made memories and will return."

"Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."

"I enjoyed my 3 nights at this property. The pool view was absolutely amazing even though there is not an ocean view. I paid extra for breakfast and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were a few things that I did not like, such as the WiFi only working in the lobby. The balcony sliding door not being able to close or lock. They did not provide wash cloths. Other than that, it is an awesome hotel."

"Manaya is an excellent hotel to stay. It is within walking distance to restaurants and large supermarket. It is located in a subdivision that seems safe enough. Owners are extremely accommodating. This wasn'ty first stay. Uber to the airport for a reasonable price. The bus from SD drops you off within walking distance if you don't carry much luggage. Margaritas to the beach or Uber. They helped with a late checkout. Pool is nice. Quiet, comfy and safe"
