"The shuttle, the check in process, the buffet dinner, the room was spacious and in general, everything was great. The only thing is that I was unable to make the room cooler and they said I could open the window. They also have a convenience store and gift shop on the property with the convenience store having great prices. They had many dinner options too from a buffet to made to order items. Great place to stay to fly from the next day"

"PROS Very cozy room but plenty of space under the bed for storing baggage. Lots of useful information on the TV home screen (WIFI password, checkout details, room cleaning schedule, public bath crowd size, etc.) Multiple power outlets, including USB. "This area is not as congested with lots of people even though it is Sakura season. Easy to just walk into restaurants to eat vs waiting in line to eat. "

"Clean hotel rooms with space for 2 adults. Self serve luggage area where you can lock up your luggage before check in or after check out. Area is far from the main districts in Tokyo but suitable if you have plans in the Tokyo bay region. Will need to use one of the train stations nearby. There is a scheduled bus that takes you to Narita airport that you can pay for."

"Great place for a one night stay. Super kind and helpful staff. A nearby mall, about 4 minute walk away, for food and some shopping. Pillows were really hard and the door was super thin so we heard every single guest come in during the night, which was a lot. But not really something the hotel can control. DRAWBACKS - Taller folks might find the bathroom module challenging. - Not enough elevators for the number of people in such a large hotel usually trying to reach the lobby at checkout time. - Stairs only for emergencies above the second floor. "Nice and clean hotel. Very cozy if you're used to a larger space. Single lift in the building, can take a while for your turn to go back down to ground floor during check out times. Close to transport and loval shops. Service very good. Helped us with organising transport of our luggage to next accommodation"
