The shower on my floor didn't have hot water, so they let guests know immediately, and were upfront about the 10 pm curfew to go through the front door, but still having the back entrance to allow us in if we stayed late at night."

"The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee. I think she thought we were going to assume that she spoke English because she wasn't Japanese and that's probably the reason why she didn't want to deal...

"This hotel has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body the ones on my arm swelled up the entire upper portion and weaped fluid. I had to cut my stay short. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said she would talk to the president about my refund then told me I would receive a full refund. I have tried reaching out to the hotel about that refund but have gotten no reply. I would recommend staying anywhere else"

Place was very clean had all the essentials and all for a good price place was quite the other guests where respectful with regards to noise and personal property would recommend anyone to stay here, centrally located also. "1 Night ¥1980 Hotel is everything you could ask for and more out of a hotel with the lower nightly rate you pay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (coming from someone who doesn’t speak nearly any Japanese). The dorm areas had cleaning staff going through everyday ensuring garbages were emptied, bathrooms, floors, etc.., were clean. Only a 5 minutes walk to Iriya station so very easy to get around Tokyo. I had no troubles with noise from other guests, everyone was very respectful...
