"Rooms are very small, but quite common in Japan. No closet, no drawers, you are living out of your suitcase which will be on the floor or the one small luggage stand. That said the room was nice. "So nice. They provided sleepwear, towels, and other amenities. You have to scan to enter past the lobby and on the bedroom floor. Large lockers and very clear explanations of the facilities and procedures. Shower area was very clean. After your shower youre supposed to wipe the stall down with one of the towels/bathmat they provide. Room was very bright with adjustable lights. Good height in the capsule. "

"Spacious room for my family of three. Walking distance to the nearest JR and metro stations and easy to get around. 7-11 is right around the corner for breakfast, snacks and late-night snacks. Staffs were friendly and communicated well in English. There are two microwaves in the lobby for us to use. Clean room and spacious bathroom. Reasonably priced! "

"Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day.
