"My room was super cozy and perfect for me! There was a lot more room than I thought for it being an old hotel. I got upgraded to a king bed which was way bigger than I needed but the bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. I have a bad back and I woke up rested and not sore at all! I had a nice view of the Sears tower and the room was very clean. Yes the room is looking a little tired but everything was spotless and in working order! "Nice property, good location, and clean. A few things to keep in mind, they show room service as an option, this is not correct, you have to order directly with restaurant onsite and go get it. The restaurant food is delicious and staff fantastic! Front desk staff could be a little more outgoing and talkative considering their role but it is what it is. Overall, good place to stay and would return. Housekeeping does great job on rooms!"

"This is our second time staying and is now a permanent spot for us when we have a quick overnight stop. The staff is amazing! Jenna assisted with getting us into the laundry area (free! Just need detergent) to Elisa who helped us store our luggage for a couple hours. The rooms are always clean, hotel well maintained, easy in and out from ORD - highly recommend!"
