"Overnight trip. Didn’t catch the name of the gentlemen who checked us in but he was very welcoming and helped me get my parking situated. He did notice my request to not be facing Ohio st. Not only did he accommodate my request but put us in an upgraded room. Room was very nice and bed was comfortable. It was a quick overnight trip but a good one. Love that the parking is right there too. Costs extra, but they all charge now."

"The reception person was very friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions on everything we need to know before we asked. There was an onsite Bar and Grill that was welcome after a late flight. The servers were great too. They had a free shuttle to the airport that ran every half hour, 24 hours a day!"

"Central Downtown location, a bit dated infrastructure and decor. Overall simple and clean to spend the night. You are in the middle of the city so during the night it was a bit noisy with the city sounds, but it winds down. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as train line and buses. The staff was very cordial and professional. "
