"I read several negative reviews on the property. We found it quite adequate and really good in a few areas. Yes, some of the floors are not level. Yes, some of the furniture is older and has character. Yes, the elevators, hallways, room, and especially the bathroom are small. In New York City all these things add up to 'Vintage Charm'. "Amazing, Friendly and Helpful staff, and Great Breakfast Crew. My 91 year old Grandma came in from El Salvador to meet us for the 1st time, the lobby looked great, was very clean and quiet, in the morning they had a pretty good selection of smaller breakfast items and they were kept stocked. They treated us like family! Thank you! The room itself was very nice and clean! "
