"Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!"

"Overall, the accomodation has very basic offerings. To enter the house, we have to go through the reception to go to the back of the house. The rooms are on 2nd floor so we had to bring the luggages up and down a flight of narrow stairs. Its a problem when the luggage is big and bulky. We stayed here 1 night so it was not a big deal for us. Great for short stays and not for fussy guests."

"Awesome kitchen, room, set up for skis boots and shoes, love the heater to help dry wet snow gear Only challenge is communication ahead of time, if the WhatsApp contact was shared earlier, then that would have been really helpful because the email doesn’t work, can’t call the international number when already out of country, but WhatsApp works, thanks!!"

"Very nice owner/hostess. This is a very clean typocal Japanese pension. Nothing fancy except the toilets, which are the high tech heated seats/bidet. Conveniently located in Hirafu village with easy ski access. "

"We luckily were able to book Dharma Niseko as all other hotels were getting booked. It looked nice from the pictures, but wow was it even better in person. From start to end, our experience was absolutely amazing. The floors are heated throughout the entire unit, which was heaven to come home to after a long day on the mountain. "This place was perfect for a ski week. It’s simple, yes, but the staff (especially Noki) are wonderful and accommodating, it’s clean, you get a decent breakfast, and the location is great.The value is clear. "
