"Great stay… buffet was delicious, we stayed in Japanese room. Transportation to the hotel was limited to one limousine bus from Sapporo per day. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay very much."

"Excellent service from arrival to departure. Attentive staff who showed us into a lounge for check-in. Nightly firework displays directly in front of the hotel is a big plus and we are able to enjoy the firework display from our private onsen in the room. Only downside is there isn’t much to do near the hotel, other than boating on the lake. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I will definitely stay at this property again if I am in the vicinity. "

"Huge resort, very spacious and really excellent buffet spread. The onsen is great, easy parking, and it's close to the highway hence easy to get anywhere. Getting out to the nice restaurants requires only a short drive downtown. The rooms ans facilities are a bit old and dated but it is good value."
