"Truly enjoyed this property. The staff George, Liam and Yvonne were outstanding. Each displaying the highest form of professionalism for their roles! Staff were all kind. Property was extremely clean. I really enjoyed the privacy of each unit and the views were amazing! Highly recommend this property as it is true luxury!!"

"The grand bath is truly grand. Plan to spend a good amount of time at the baths. If this is the first leg of Hokkaido, a nice relaxing bath could easily take 45 mins (a short one)"

"Huge resort, very spacious and really excellent buffet spread. The onsen is great, easy parking, and it's close to the highway hence easy to get anywhere. Getting out to the nice restaurants requires only a short drive downtown. The rooms ans facilities are a bit old and dated but it is good value."

"Very big hotel with open calm spaces to relax and enjoy music and a buffet of coffee tea and small snacks - felt like I could really unwind. Just a small note that English is not a language the staff speaks, so need to brush up on a little Japanese or rely on those Google translators ! But all are eager to please, and it’s a pleasure to experience the politeness and customer care of their culture. Their dinners are very authentic and delicious. Onsens are wonderful with very clean atmosphere."
