Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. "Anticipating the cold weather in February, we booked this hotel because it was attached to JR Sapporo station and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are well appointed and cosy and the views outside to the snow covered streets were lovely. Being able to walk from our hotel straight to the snow festival site in Odori park without having to go outside was also a bonus, as was enjoying all the amazing shopping and dining that the area had to offer"

"I like this hotel. It’s very walkable to all attractions in the city. There is a bakery just right next door. I suggest the hotel to increase the washing machine count because there are only two washing machines, and one was out of service during my stay. "

"If you’re new to Sapporo then staying in this hotel is really convenient. Subway, Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes walk. Famous Ramen alley is just across. Room cleaning is only done 4days once so that was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty. "

"Huge resort, very spacious and really excellent buffet spread. The onsen is great, easy parking, and it's close to the highway hence easy to get anywhere. Getting out to the nice restaurants requires only a short drive downtown. The rooms ans facilities are a bit old and dated but it is good value."
