Bed: very comfortable and nice to sleep on Duvet: warm and soft Pillow: extremely comfortable which I like to specifically mention it. Toilet: separated from bathroom, which is great for higher utilization Heating: adjustable heater to suit your comfort and you can place your wet ski wear on it to dry Wardrobe: very well design, seperate compartments for shoes and jackets. Others: a room where you can place all your ski equipments."

"The service provided by the staffs are exceptional. We booked a traditional Japanese room with futon beds and the beds were prepared by the hotel staffs. The room feels a bit old but very comfy and clean. Both buffet dinner and breakfast were included and not to mention the great onsen. The view from the outdoor onsen on level B2 after snow completely fullfilled your expectations. We will definitely return to this venue in future."

"The room was beautiful, the onsen tubs were gorgeous and there were so many options for tubs. The dinner buffet was the best I've had at a hotel. My only disappoinment was trying to buy gifts from the shop onsite. I didn't realize they close at 11am. So with my hands full of items, they informed me the shop was closing. They did not offer to check me out or direct me to a register, just out of the shop. So I put all my items away and walked out, but I really wanted those items!"

"Nice LARGE hotel. We were there in the winter for the onsen. Many Chinese tourists. Buffet was good. The onsen large and nice to explore, albeit arcanish (some Roman influence 😛). Many pools to explore wide wide range in temperatures). Overall a good place to stay. The bus runs from the JR station to in front of the hotel, could be difficult with large luggage or get a taxi (about $15). One night ok. Maybe 2. "
