"This is a 13 room facility right on the beach. We had a nice cabana type room with a patio and a view from both to the beach. Convenient to food and bar options. Reasonably priced. The staff seemed eager to please. Public beach access and clubs nearby meant crowds and music that was often loud. Reserved beach area for the hotel helped. The most unexpected issue for us was that you can not flush toilet paper in much or all of the Tulum area, apparently due to the fact that development was rapid...

The pool located upstairs on the rooftop is very clean & private. The building is located within 2 blocks of several great dining options and really great local bars with reasonable prices.
