"The outside of the property was beautifully built. However, as soon as we walked in the house was musty and smelled like mildew. This could be remedied by turning on the A/C and would have been fine, but we also had issues with the upstairs A/C. The A/C in the master bedroom kept turning off and would not remain on. We even had condensation from the A/C dripping down the walls and making puddles on the ground. There are three showers and you aren't able to shower more than 1 person at a time...

"Beautiful villa!! The host met us upon arrival, they responded promptly to requests, and even set up transportation for us. The villa was clean and basic necessities like towels, cooking necessities, paper towels, water, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner were all provided. We would definitely return. Location was also close to shops and restaurants. Rooftop was beautiful and pool was clean. "

"Fabulous house with every amenity including 5 motor scooters and 3 bikes. Spread out so even 14 of us had more than ample space. Close to the beach although this was far too rocky and un available for swimming. But, we wet to nearby beaches instead. Nearby convenience store was nice to have although we had full chef service while there. They were incredible and extremely flexible. Once there you need your own transportation to get around, especially to go into Tulum or Playa del Carmen both of...

"Family of 7 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 6 stayed for 9 nights. Everything was perfect. We arrived late the first night and Noe and Elizabeth were there to greet us and help with luggage.The house was perfect size, very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans/utensils. Noe and Elizabeth were so amazing!
