"Great property. My only negative comments are the mosquitoes outside of the dome. But we kept the opening closed. The sheets were clean but dingy. I suggest you don't use those in the future."

"This is a beautiful and private property in the jungle far from the crowds and noise. Perfect for a big family or group. Everything is new with great design features—huge pool and fully stocked kitchen We must not have been paying attention when we booked as we didnt realize the cabanas were way out of town and are a private estate without any services (there is a helpful caretaker Oscar on premises) but you are on your own for all food and drink. "This property was beautiful and authentic, perfect Tulum vibes. The waitstaff were amazing and some were even Mayan which was incredible to chat with them about. The front desk staff was ok- they were a bit on their high horse at times and tried to overcharge for a few things we did not use in the room ( read your bill throughly!!). But the waitstaff and chefs I can’t compliment enough ! Excellent with food allergies, requests and got everything right every time. Amazing people. "

"This resort was so relaxing and serene. You have to remember it's in the jungle so there are bugs, all my bug bites were worth it! It was very peaceful. The weather was hot and humid so to have a private pool right in front of my room was so relaxing and felt wonderful. The food was outstanding and the hospitality was top notch. I would highly recommend and I will be back. I definitely got a reset and recharge and will return."

"On the main strip in Tulum however pretty far down so expect to shell out for taxis. They drag the beach for the seaweed multiple times a day which was nice. Across all of the area we had moments with servers forgetting items we ordered etc. we borrowed bikes and the first few had issues like flat tires before we got a pair to use. The beauty of the area and the jungle vibes were enjoyable. You can use nomades restaurant / beach "
