"I would highly recommend staying at Lula. The property is really cute. There’s easy access to the beach, the rooms are in great condition. We stayed in the room with seaside view and those have a cute hammock and bathtub at the back. The staff is also very responsive. Overall we had a great experience here."

"We LOVED our stay at Ana y Jose! Four friends got out of Dodge, and headed to Tulum for an all-inclusive, relaxing ladies weekend - we couldn’t have picked a better spot to land. They were attentive in advance, asking for our flight and shuttle information (and offering to help), and were incredibly sweet, kind, funny, and professional during our stay. Melissa is the head concierge and she was a ray of sunshine popping up everywhere! There wasn’t a thing we asked for (recommendations, taxis, getting ourselves locked out of our safe, etc) that she didn’t help with immediately. William and Maria (Mary) were our breakfast servers everyday and we had so much fun with them. Loved getting to know them a little bit and being able to relax into the stay so authentically. Mario was our dinner server every evening and similarly, we just loved getting to know him, learning new words from him (we had a fluent Spanish speaker with us, so communication was fairly easy), and seeing a friendly face every evening. They remembered a food allergy amongst us and went above and to bring her amazing dishes, brought us drinks (coffee, tea, margs) to at they knew we liked, and didn’t scrimp on presentation. Perfecto! The property is beautiful and does a wonderful job using the space to create a home-like but also bougie experience. The beach is beautiful, of course! We never fought for a lounge chair or even a spot in one of the shade lounges. We can’t recommend this place enough! "

"El area es muy coveniente para llegar a cualquier de los lugares del centro , lo unico es que como esta en el mismo centro si hay un poco de buya en la noche pero ya a la 1 se termina y el hotel te ofrece tapones para los oidos , lo bueno es que el hotel te informa a acerca de eso antes y te ofrecen cancelar si no te gusta este tipo de Ambiente , nosotros la pasamos genial , mi habitacion estuvo super chevere y muy limpia , y las antenciones del personal excelente , y bien atento ellos todos , gracias chicos "

"Hands down THE most amazing hotel experience! The hotel is beautiful, our room had a breathtaking view and was extremely clean. We felt like the only people there as it was quiet, not overcrowded and just so relaxing. You don’t hear anyone- off in the distance we could hear music at night because we liked to sleep hearing the ocean with the doors open. But with doors closed it’s quiet. Your own beach cabana was so nice as was the beach side service for drinks/food. Highly the Rooftop Jacuzzi Room. The private rooftop is perfection. Ziggys and Frescos had amazing food! Get the Arrachera Angus w/ the veggies and side of mashed potatoes. Best steak of my life. Every meal we ate was just amazing! The late night room service was fast! Turn down service always leaves a little sweet treat.They are very conscious if you have allergies too. The ocean water was beautiful, a tad rough during our stay due to some little storms but after walking the beach we realized just how hard they work to quickly clean the beach all day of ANY seaweed that may come up. We barely saw any especially compared to hotels just down the beach. Beach was beautiful, clean and quiet. Vendors do walk by occasionally but mostly just walk and let you call them if you’re interested. Unfortunately my husband was not feeling well our last day and the bellboy ran to the pharmacy for Gatorade during a storm. They checked on him too. Hospitality, food & hotel grounds are top notch! Transportation was great too! "
