"I liked that the layout and style of the buildings. Only 3 stories high made it feel more secluded and not like a big resort complex. Also, the architecture looks more traditional to the area than some of those big resort complexes. Being on the beach was a plus in addition to the 2 pools. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. "

"My stay at NAALA Hotel in Tulum was fantastic! The hotel is in a perfect location, making it super easy to walk everywhere—whether to nearby restaurants, shops, or attractions. The room itself was beautiful, modern, and comfortable, with a lovely touch of greenery on the deck that added both charm and privacy. One small downside was seeing guests hang their wet clothes on the railings, which took away from the otherwise stylish and clean aesthetic of the hotel. Other than that, everything was excellent. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Tulum, I highly recommend NAALA Hotel!"

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I had the room with a partial sea view but it was an incredible view and I loved the balcony with the hammocks. The room was clean and bed comfortable, the shower was also great! The breakfast was delicious with good options, the beach was great with comfy sun beds and towels provided. The hotel also hired a bike for me to cycle to the Tulum ruins and recommended some delicious restaurants. I will recommend this hotel to everyone! "

Our bungalow was not in the best condition overall and the bathroom had a technical problem, which was not fixed during our stay. But nothing compares to the experience of waking up with the sun rising on the ocean and walking barefoot straight to the beach. Sunbeds and cabanas free for guests. Good restaurants nearby, both on the beach and on the main street. At walking distance from the popular party zone, but far enough not to be bothered by the crowds and noise."
