"No habia nadie en recepcion, en el numero de contacto respondio una persona muy amablemente me comento que el ya no labora en ese lugar , me compartio un numero ( el que aparce en google maps ) en el cual jamas respondieron los mensajes y colgaban las llamadas . The only confusion was I had read I was supposed to receive a code to check in but I never received any code even after the 4pm check in time. I spent the first day in Tulum over 5 hrs just to get a hold of the property manager, their phone number was not working and they never message me back through the Expedia app. I even went to the property and found someone that lives there, she said there is different property managers for each apt so she had no idea how to help me. "A lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night."

"The aesthetics of this room was beautiful but the functionality was lacking. Staff was super kind and warm and did what they could. Plenty of parking with security. Fridge in our room made horribly loud sound Showers did not get hot. Shower did not drain well. AC unit on or off, could not adjust anything. Only a sheet on the bed, no blankets. Bed was very firm. "The Kimpton Hotel is a true gem! My best friend and I stayed here for a birthday getaway, and it was fantastic. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelet. There were plenty of electric sockets available to charge our devices. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access shops, dining options, and tourist sites. We received excellent recommendations for beach clubs, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooftop bar offered the best sunset views it’s a must-see! We loved the complimentary bicycles that allowed us to explore the town without needing a car. Additionally, the hotel recommended a great transportation company that kept us safe and flexible with our travel plans around town (GoMaya.Mx). "The hotel has an amazing ambience, great music by the cenote, amazing food, really friendly staff. A lot of attention has been given to the design and aesthetic of the rooms and the hotel public area. The hotel made us feel immersed in a jungle garden as everything is well maintained. Hotel is also close to many restaurants and club at walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and crisp. Cleanliness is amazing throughout the property."
