The spacious Apartment has everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped (inclusive. blender for Smoothie making) and the beds are comfortable. We loved the option to eat on the large balcony or the rooftop deck with cool off pool! The property and amenities are beautiful, quiet and never crowded. We used the fully equipped new gym Equipment and pool as well as the Pickel Ball courts. We rented bicycles for the week...

"No habia nadie en recepcion, en el numero de contacto respondio una persona muy amablemente me comento que el ya no labora en ese lugar , me compartio un numero ( el que aparce en google maps ) en el cual jamas respondieron los mensajes y colgaban las llamadas . I spent the first day in Tulum over 5 hrs just to get a hold of the property manager, their phone number was not working and they never message me back through the Expedia app. I even went to the property and found someone that lives there, she said there is different property managers for each apt so she had no idea how to help me. "Gorgeous property! But it’s not near anything and the taxi situation is confusing, frustrating and a complete rip off. If you’re ok staying isolated on this property then it’s perfect for the price! "the room was very very dark which attracts lots of mosquitos so dont leave rhe doors open, and the sheets were somewhat dirty or old !! they have a coffee machine but bo coffee you have to get it yourself also a bottle of salt but no sugar !! other than that the staff at the place was pretty nice ! "It was a truly wonderful experience! I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views. The staff was amazing, with Raul leaving a special impression on our hearts—he really went above and beyond. The facilities, including the gym and meditation spaces, were excellent. I also appreciated the beach shuttle to nearby beach clubs. Niki at the front desk was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation. Overall, a fantastic stay that I highly recommend!"

"Staff was great. Arranged a scooter rental for us, delivered right to the hotel. Property itself was very nice, and well maintained. The upper deck by the rooftop pool could use a little TLC. It was pretty quiet, pools were nice, especially on those 30 afternoons. The hotel is halfway between the beach zone and the main Tulum strip. There's a great grocery store within walking distance. Very safe area. Rooms were spacious, well kept, my only complaint is that the shower didn't get hot enough. We will be back next year. "

Beautiful secret

"It was a beautiful hotel, very minimalistic, but had every thing that you needed. The pool was fantastic. Really love that it was open till 10 and food was walking distance as well as drinks and a party. If that’s the mood you’re in. We will definitely be back the area felt safe the people were authentic. Great experience, but my biggest compliments go to the staff. They were absolutely fantastic. We will be back next year😉"
