"We like the overall vibe and ambiance. Kind of disappointed that we didn't recieve a room upgrade even though we asked for one. I've visited this hotel many times and even recommend it to family. I wasnt impressed when this fell on empty ears.... Careless response. I know word of mouth is the most effective form of advertising. "

"Safe and friendly resort. We went with our family and felt extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Didn’t worry about the kids. Everyone was welcoming. Grounds were well maintained and the resort was clean. Yes there was some erosion to the beaches but they were still very enjoyable and with many public beaches within walking or biking distance we did not feel we missed out. There’s lots to do at the resort for all ages. Many options for day excursions near by including Tulum, snorkeling...

"Beautiful grounds. Beautiful room and view. Service top notch. Variety in the inclusive resturaunt options. This all inclusive is on the quieter side. Things pretty much go quiet after 10pm, but we liked that for this type of trip. Highly recommend."
