"The room was very clean and the food was very good, though I would not pay for the upcharged menu items. The breakfast buffet was my favorite- very fresh and lots of options. The drinks were flowing at the pool bars, though not very strong and often very sweet. Drinks in the restaurants were okay, though again, some alcohols were an upcharge (ex. Kahlua). For the money, you cannot beat it. "

"Overall it was wonderful! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything we need to cook some meals. One thing I would mention is the couch in the living room was unclean. "

"Great service. We felt very safe. The food was very good. resort is in front of a Starbucks, Rico’s cafe and Oxxo. The resort was always clean. Security sits out all night to make sure no one walks onto property. Beautiful views! Inexpensive laundry service-you drop off your clothes in the morning before 11 and they have it ready around 5pm. "

"The staff was great and helpful, especially Ma de los Angeles in booking she was very helpful with my booking, also Jose David Captain of the Chefs was also extremly helpful, Leopoldo out waiter went above and beyond to help us, and Walter also was very helpful with our activities and dining in the hotel. Most definitely return to the hotel."
