"Nice property, spacious and fit what we needed. Maybe add heater pool. Also water heater needs fixing. Water was cold and uncomfortable for a vacation trip. I did like the security guard at all times. I’d probably book a hotel next time but for a big bachelor party this was perfect. "

"This is a nice house, however guests need to know the website claims it sleeps 18 and offers 7 bedrooms (including 2 kings, 4 queens and one room with a sofa bed and bunk bed). We were unpleasantly surprised when upon arrival we found 6 bedrooms (not 7) only 3 queen rooms (not 4). So we had one person (of our party of 8) who thought they would have their own queen room, that ended up having to share one of the 6 rooms by bringing in a mattress from the garage. "We enjoyed this place--it was roomy and had everything we needed. It was also a very secure place with two programmed gates. Our goal was to rest and be refreshed and that's what we did! We enjoyed the pool and often were the only ones there. The beach was a five minute walk where we could enjoy the beauty of the waves as well as the pelicans, seagulls, seashells....We enjoyed cooking some of our meals and also going out to the many restaurants around--and the people we met were helpful in...

"The house is lovely and as you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the back patio which had a great table and chairs and palapa and also night lighting. The host was very responsive to every request and took care of things right away. There could be a few more towels supplied. Also, the gate entrance system requires internet on your phone. Thanks for a lovely vacation. We would definitely recommend it and go back."

"My overall impression was poor. The place needed much maintenance and painting, Mold in the bathrooms and one bedroom. I spent several mornings waiting for repairmen to fix water leaks, clothes washer and the hot water tank, I had no hot water for two days. A lot of noise from the people in the apartment above me. I had to complain to the owner. There were other problems but I have no more time."
